Tuesday's Children

330 E 33rd St, New York, NY 10016

Tuesday's Children provides a lifetime of healing for families who have been forever changed by terrorism, military conflict or mass violence.

1st Tuesday's Children Scholastic Fundraising Chess Tournament

NYCA is partnering up with Tuesday’s Children to hold its 1st Scholastic Fundraising Chess Tournament.

Tuesday’s Children is a lifelong organization that aims to support and empower families impacted by terrorism, mass violence, and military conflict. For over twenty years,  they have provided - and continue to provide - help and community to those dealing with long-term grief in a post-9/11 America.

From children of terrorism victims to military widows, Tuesday’s Children have helped thousands of individuals and families to cope with the loss of a loved one. They organize support groups and events such as community service projects, helping to build camaraderie among people in similar circumstances and enabling them to begin healing.

The work of Tuesday’s Children would not be possible without the generous donations of their supporters. Why not help play some chess and raise some money for a great cause?
