Roads to Success, in partnership with New York Chess Academy, aims to promote the academic, social-emotional, and professional development of youth through chess. Classes are offered to participants ages 5-12 years.

Founded in 2004, Roads to Success (RTS) focuses on developing and providing meaningful after-school and summer programs for children. Their approach focuses on positive youth development, such that each child is prepared to lead a productive and fulfilling adulthood. NYCA’s partnership with RTS is a great match; both our visions revolve around helping the community and giving equal opportunities to children from all backgrounds. Furthermore, both of us strive to cultivate a pursuit of extracurricular activities in children.
Through their various extracurricular experiences, RTS offers a wide variety of activities for everyone. From guitar lessons to chess and game development, they offer something to intrigue every child. Apart from these camps, RTS also works on initiatives such as College Access for All, which aim to give teens the tools they need to succeed in higher education.
